Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We accept return for unwanted goods only after 5 days of receiving.

Shipping return cost will be at your charge. Please contact us for instructions.

In case on damaged goods within 10 days ( from delivery), please send us an email with detailed pictures and we will assist you. 

In any case we are not responsible for goods breaking due to wrong use.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON.

In case of package return because of failing delivery (multiple attempts), we are not responsable and you will have to place another order. No refund will be done in this case.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU SEND BACK THE PACKAGE OR REFUSE TO COLLECT , YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100 NIS RESTOCKING FEE.
